Service description

inbox.camp provides managed email hosting that runs on your AWS infrastructure. We provide the interface layer (web UI, IMAP/SMTP servers, management tools) while your email data remains in your AWS account.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your AWS account, its security, and any costs incurred by AWS services (S3 storage, SES sending, Route 53 DNS). You must comply with AWS's Acceptable Use Policy and not use the service to send spam or malicious email.

Our responsibilities

We will operate the service with reasonable care, maintain uptime, and protect any account information you provide us. We access your AWS resources only through the IAM role you grant and only for service operation.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service depends on AWS infrastructure availability in your region.

Pricing & billing

Pricing is per user per month or per year as listed on our website. We may change pricing with 30 days notice. AWS infrastructure costs are billed directly by AWS to your account.

Termination

You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, we will stop accessing your AWS resources. Your email data remains in your S3 buckets — it's your data, always.

Limitation of liability

inbox.camp is provided "as is." We are not liable for data loss, downtime, or damages beyond the fees you've paid us in the prior 12 months. Since your email data lives in your AWS account, you maintain independent backups and control.
